A friendly human touch goes a long way! Honestly. The moment I arrived the staff have been second to none, from reception to housekeeping to brekki dining to F&B. Super nice people. Shout out to Daviah and Theresia who served me up some great mojitos and kept me cool. I’ll be back here for sure.

Fantastic for families - very central Fantastic Stay on a layover between Europe and Sydney.The staff were helpful and nice and had solutions for all our problems.The breakfast was great - lots of choices (including make your own granola station), well stocked and attentive staff. Coffee was really good too.Swimming pool was great and just what we needed in the hot weather.Location was superb - 5-10 mins drive to Dubai Mall or 20 mins easy walk (the traffic is so bad that we did the walk a few times and the location of the hotel made this so easy.Rooms were cool and trendy and bed was good. Cot provided was both comfy and large for our toddler son.The best bits were the little touches - the children's play area was a great addition and our son loved it so much. Allowing us to keep our luggage with the concierge for 8 hours, allowing us to use the pool and change rooms even after we checked out (we had a night time flight) and allowing us to check-in after midnight.Overall great place to stay - very close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall - without breaking the bank.Look forward to our next stay.

Great stay! Had an excellent stay here - so much so that kept extending. Staff made us all feel like home and we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this place. Friendly The breakfast I had at the hotel with my family was very delicious. The service was great, thanks to Lisha. She was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed, and they were particularly great with our kids. kept our table clean. recommend!
