Guest Pet Registration and Policy Agreement
We are glad to welcome your 4-legged pal/s in our vibrant neighbourhood.
We want your furry friend/s to feel at home and enjoy fun times at the Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown! Let us share with you a few guidelines regarding your Pet stay, so he/she will be verrrryyyy comFURtable.
1. How Many? The maximum number of pets is one (1) per room or two (2) per suite. A supplement of AED 200 per pet per 5-night stay is applicable.
For every 5-night stay, guest will have to pay an additional supplement of AED 200 per pet.
2. Big One? The maximum weight of the dog/cat accepted is 20 kg.
3. Are U Updated? Proof of the latest vaccinations must be available to present any time upon request.
4. Who’s There? Only the registered pet(s) can stay at the Hotel, who can be clearly identified by the Registration Card.
5. Let’s Hangout: These are the hotel areas that your furry friend/s can explore with you. Please make sure he/she is always leashed so they won’t get lost around the neighborhood:
• Hotel Entrance, Lobby, Parking and Elevators.
• Rooms on designated pet floors.
• Outdoor seating of Open Sesame social eatery. (Ground floor)
• Orange Feels Bar & Shisha Lounge (Second floor), but not the pool.
6. Take Me with You! We do not want your pet to get bored alone, so please make sure he/she is always with you and never left alone in the room, in any of the Hotel premises or in your car.
7. Up for a Walk? Please make sure it is outside the Hotel. Also, don’t forget to carry around that ‘’special bag’’ for your Pet as you never know when nature calls. If your 4-legged pal can’t control it and happens within hotel premises, it comes with the cost of AED 500.
8. Housekeeping and Maintenance Service Cleaning or maintenance services will be carried out only when the room is empty when you & your Pet are out to explore our neighborhood.
9. Food and Beverage Colleagues will not enter the room while your 4-legged pal/s is inside and will therefore deliver any service to the door only.
10. Who’s a Good Boy? We know your furry pal/s are the cutest and best-behaved ones in the whole big world. If they get naughty, we have no choice but to send the bills for clean-up and damages to you instead, because c’mon, who could resist their cute cuddly eyes? A security deposit will be taken upon check-in and will be released at check-out.
11. Souvenirs Please don’t mind us popping into your room for a quick look at you when check-out.
12. Emergency Evacuation In case of an evacuation, please make sure to take your 4-legged pal/s with you and don’t leave your best friend behind!
12. Furry Friend Bond To ensure your furry friend has a pawsitively great time, we’ll ask for a refundable “Furry Friend Bond” of AED 1,000, as regular check-in deposit. This bond will be returned to you upon check-out.
13. Finally We are super excited for your furry friend to join you on this exploration of our neighborhood. We don’t want this trip for your pal to be cut short so please make sure they respect others in the neighborhood and remain on their best and quiet behavior always, this way everyone can have an amazing time too!
