A hotel must experience Hotel Indigo downtown dubai is a very well done boutique property with beautiful service oriented personal. These guys know how to take care and pamper the guest. From the check-in to departure it was a ver smooth comfortable stay for us. At the reception Egyptian guy gave gave very warm welcome and did his part well. Breakfast is excellent with freshly made healthy options and Vinni was managing well. Damith at the concierge helped us a lot as we had to leave our bags to pick up later. He was always with a smily and very informative. Even he knew to explain the arts in the hotel. There is a busy club at the hotel. Good pool area with lounge, good food, 15 mins walk to Dubai Mall, Rooms, interior n amenities r good. Could not find what we did not like for the 2 days Recommend this is a good choice to stay in downtown.

Highly recommended The artistic details of the hotel makes u amazed and distracted in a very good way , I was assisted by a very welcoming receptionist Omar shokri and he introduced the hotel facilities and the hotel history in a very professional way with passion that attracted my attention , service , in room dining and the room space , decoration and silence is just amazing I’m definitely coming back again in November I highly suggested it . Omar was also helpful for early check in as we arrived early to Dubai thank u so much for the amazing hospitality

Boutique at its best This is a beautiful boutique hotel yet large in size (not by Dubai standards). The style hits you straight away but that’s quickly followed by charming attentive service. It’s seamless and natural. Full credit to the team both front and back of house). Breakfast covered any and every type of preference and the local rules of wearing a glove was easy to get used to. Zuus/Zoos was particularly charming and helpful - perfect hospitality and a great career ahead for him. As is the restaurant manager whose name escapes me. Sorry. Previously worked in London and is from Slovenia. Bennet cleaned our room perfectly each day. The bedroom is very stylish and the view topped it off. Actually, the shower was a highlight also. We really enjoyed our massage which was great value - special offer at the time. Location was a 15 min walk to the mall and will improve once pavements etc are improved. The cocktail bar has a happy hour with unique cocktails. Certainly worth a couple of visits. Thanks to Hammad for a lovely welcome and checking up on us during our stay. Last but not least thanks to Laura the GM for saying hello and leading a great team.

The hotel is very well located, its location is unbeatable, the friendly design and I loved it, it's really good, the reception staff in general is warm, friendly and helpful, I highlight Vusi's service at reception, which was very pertinent As for the restaurant, the breakfast they offer is excellent, very varied, the staff in this space is very good and attentive to your needs and tastes, the food is fresh and has a very good presentation, in the pool area I recommend the excellent, friendly and efficient service from Guruh, I also had the opportunity to be at the spa and definitely the massage I got from the masseuse Mina was one of the best I've ever experienced, her charismatic and friendly attitude made it very pleasant and placid, thanks to the staff and the hotel for making my stay unforgettable, I would definitely return!
