Excellent accommodation We arrived at Hotel Indigo about 2 am on Monday, 2 September 2024 but there helpful staff on duty to check us in and handle our luggage. Our room had tea and coffee facilities, comfortable twin beds, crisp bed linen, and a good view over the floodlit swimming pool to the surrounding city buildings. Breakfast next morning was expansive and the restaurant staff were polite and helpful. Every staff member we met spoke English, which was a godsend to monolingual me. The tour’s expert was most helpful to my sister when she booked a desert adventure for us. Ira/Mohamed was especially helpful with any queries I had. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic for families - very central Fantastic Stay on a layover between Europe and Sydney.The staff were helpful and nice and had solutions for all our problems.The breakfast was great - lots of choices (including make your own granola station), well stocked and attentive staff. Coffee was really good too.Swimming pool was great and just what we needed in the hot weather.Location was superb - 5-10 mins drive to Dubai Mall or 20 mins easy walk (the traffic is so bad that we did the walk a few times and the location of the hotel made this so easy.Rooms were cool and trendy and bed was good. Cot provided was both comfy and large for our toddler son.The best bits were the little touches - the children's play area was a great addition and our son loved it so much. Allowing us to keep our luggage with the concierge for 8 hours, allowing us to use the pool and change rooms even after we checked out (we had a night time flight) and allowing us to check-in after midnight.Overall great place to stay - very close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall - without breaking the bank.Look forward to our next stay.

AMAZING Amazing ambiance, food was nice as they have vegan menu i actually attend an event in there the black canvas and waiters and waitresses there are very hospitable. i will probably come back there it is also good to chill and relax meet other people

Incredible stay, amazing staff, full of great memories Everything was amazing during our stay at Indigo Hotel. From the check in to the travel desk, only great things to tell. We were on our honeymoon and were checked in by Samara, who was super nice and very welcoming! He provided us an amazing upgraded suite and early check in! Then we were given the best recommendations to explore Dubai by Sherif, at the travel desk. Super polite, and knowledgeable. The tours were all great experiences! We leave this hotel full of great memories, not only for the service provided, but also for all the staff we encountered.Thank you once again to Samara and Sherif! We definitely recommend Indigo Hotel and we will be coming back for sure!
